Make yourself at home in this bright and welcoming Coogee apartment. The spacious open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light, creating the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Sydney. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a modern oven, ceramic cooktop, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The stylish bathroom includes a combined bath and shower, while both generously sized bedrooms offer comfortable beds and built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm summer days. In the evening, unwind with a movie using the living room projector and your favourite streaming services, bringing the cinema experience right into the apartment. For added convenience, the apartment offers easy self check-in, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you.

Good to know

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
