Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire upstairs unit. There is a rear balcony with table and chairs, and parking for 1 vehicle out back! Entry details will be provided prior to arrival.

House Rules and Terms

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever. Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :) Do not flush ANY thing other than toilet paper down the toilets ("flushable" wet wipes are not permitted either). If we have to call an emergency plumber and find that the cause of a blockage is due to something unpermitted being flushed, you will be subject to a $250 fee.
