Walking into the living room, you will be greeted by the luxurious sight of plush leather furnishings and a state-of-the-art, large flat-screen TV. The inviting armchairs beckon you to settle in and get comfortable, while the windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding Ozark Mountains. The seamless integration of the living room with the adjacent dining area and kitchen creates a harmonious flow, perfect for both social gatherings and relaxation. The attention to detail and thoughtful design of this space make it an ideal setting for entertaining friends or spending quality time with loved ones. STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE! StoneBridge has a $7 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We did our best to prevent this from being put in place. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, otherwise, we look forward to hosting you soon! CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
The Neighborhood
For those hot summer days, we are just down the street from one of the three StoneBridge COMMUNITY POOLS! Close enough to grab your towels (bring your own pool towels) and walk on over! The beautiful pool (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) is the perfect spot to cool off in the summer or lounge with your favorite book in one of the pool-side chairs! A short 5 minute drive away is the large pond, Forest Lake, in the StoneBridge community. It offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forrest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake! You will also have access to the clubhouse which includes 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, and another outdoor pool (also open seasonally). You can set up a tee time to play a round at LedgeStone’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy dinner out at the LedgeStone Bar and Grill. BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage! NEED OTHER HOMES?!? We have several other cabins also in the Stonebridge community ready to help you accommodate whatever your needs may be! We have everything from 1 bedrooms cabins up to 7 bedroom cabins! Just let us know what else you are looking for!

This home is officially a duplex but is 3200 square feet and feels like it's own separate home! No needs for keys, the front door has a keypad lock on it so you will be able to check yourselves in!
