Located on the 3rd floor of Prime Views, this thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom apartment offers a bright, well-balanced layout with modern finishes and welcoming interiors. The living room is comfortable and inviting, featuring a cosy sofa, two armchairs, and a TV—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Large doors lead directly onto the balcony, allowing natural light to fill the space and creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow. Within the living area, the dining space includes a table for four, ideal for shared meals, casual work, or relaxed evenings at home. The closed kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full meals while keeping the living area calm and uncluttered. The bedroom is a serene retreat, furnished with a king-size bed dressed in soft linens, an ottoman at the foot of the bed, and a dedicated vanity area. Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage and include a secure safe box for valuables. The bedroom also benefits from direct balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total, both featuring sleek walk-in showers. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the kitchen and living area, while the ensuite bathroom offers added privacy and comfort for the bedroom. The private balcony is a true highlight—accessible from both the living room and bedroom and furnished with two chairs, a small round table, a hanging chair, and a beanbag. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
