Walk to close by restaurants and shops. Please Note: -Quiet Hours at this complex are 10pm to 7am. The city gives fines for noise complaints -Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens -Pets are welcome with $150 pet fee -No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs - immediate eviction with no refund. $1000 cleaning fee -Camera and Noise monitoring- There is an active camera outside the unit and an active decibel monitoring device inside the unit to alert management if noise reaches unacceptable levels.
