It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding. • Please keep your card safe during your stay. A $50 replacement fee will apply for any lost amenity card. Pet Friendly: • Pets are welcome at the property. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of USD 139 per pet applies and will be collected after booking. Additional Services: • Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time USD 69 charge. Parking: • Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles. Resort Access: • Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, trailers, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc). • You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.
