This 2-bed, 2-bath condo is just perfect for a family of four (children welcome) or two couples! As the only ground-floor unit, you’re located directly in front of the serene community pool, and you have two private terraces to let you get outside and enjoy the balmy weather. The condo is characterized by bright, sunny spaces and an open layout, with splashes of Caribbean charm throughout. Here are the main spaces: -Fully-equipped kitchen with dining table for 4 -Bright, open living area with large sofa and flat screen -Master bedroom with king-sized bed (can be separated into 2 twins) and en-suite bathroom -Second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom -Front terrace with dining table -Back terrace with grill and small table and chairs Right outside, you’ll find the beautiful community pool- very refreshing and relaxing! A short stroll brings you to Mamitas Beach, which many say is the very best beach in all of Playa. A wide stretch of white sand, gorgeous water, and plenty of entertainment make it a hugely popular spot. It has a reputation for being the place to “see and be seen.” And only two short blocks in the other direction you’ll find the famous Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue)- the pedestrian street with Playa’s best bars, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! When you return to your condo after a fun-filled evening, you’ll appreciate all the little details that make it feel like home: -Plush, comfortable mattresses -AC to keep you cool -Wifi & cable (English and Spanish channels) -Linens, bath and beach towels -Plenty of closet space We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Pack n’ Play available upon request for an extra fee. No parking available on-site. Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
 House Rules: - Travelers must be at least 23 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed in the apartment, only in the terrace and outdoors. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft. - Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. - If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of $300 USD which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply) Services such as water and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding. Occasional Power Outages: Please note that occasional, brief power outages may occur in the area, particularly during the rainy season. These interruptions are generally temporary and are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding should one occur during your stay.
