The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD. The space consist of 2 bedrooms, generous Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking. Designated living and dining framed by panoramic city and water views Modern renovated kitchen, open plan with stone benches & gas cooking Two generously sized bedrooms, both with built-in robes and ceilings fans Bathroom includes floor to ceiling tiles, shower and good storage Lift access to covered car space plus additional visitor parking for guests Exclusive use of pool and BBQ and outdoor dining facilities Unit 53 is on the 11th floor.

Good to know

Washer and Dryer is in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Please note that the 4.5% service fee is NON refundable once the booking is cancelled Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
