THE LYONS HOUSE | HISTORIC ELEGANCE Originally built in 1893 for Michael Lyons, the beautifully restored main townhouse offers 1,662 square feet of traditional Savannah architecture balanced with contemporary luxury. Two Separate Residences: This reservation includes both The Lyons House and The Lover's Carriage, two separate accommodations on the same property. Each has its own entrance, kitchen, living space, and sleeping accommodations. Maximum Occupancy: The combined property accommodates up to 10 overnight guests. Sleeping Arrangements: The main house offers three bedrooms with one king and two queen beds. The carriage house offers one king bedroom and a separate sleeping alcove with twin bunk beds. Bathrooms: The main house has two full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs. The carriage house has one full en suite bathroom upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs. Combined, there are three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Historic Main House: The Lyons House was originally built in 1893 and retains beautiful historic architectural details, including original hardwood floors, exposed brick, decorative fireplaces, and traditional stairways. Carriage House: The Lover's Carriage was built in 2022 and designed with romantic, historic-inspired finishes and modern amenities. Stairs: Both residences have two levels. The main house has one king bedroom downstairs, but its full bathrooms are upstairs. The carriage house's king bedroom, bunk sleeping alcove, and full bathroom are also upstairs. Jacuzzi Tub: The two-person Jacuzzi tub is located in the carriage house's upstairs en suite bathroom, adjoining the king bedroom. A separate walk-in shower is also provided. Fireplaces: The main house features one functioning electric fireplace and four decorative historic fireplaces. The carriage house has an electric fireplace in its king bedroom. Decorative fireplaces may not be used. Private Courtyard: Guests enjoy the courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, café string lights, and a gas grill. Parking: One private garage space for a compact vehicle is included with the carriage house. The main house does not have its own parking. Additional vehicles may use metered street parking or paid public garages, including State Street Garage at 100 E. State Street and Bryan Street Garage at 100 E. Bryan Street. All public parking is subject to applicable fees, availability, and local regulations. Self-Check-In: Both residences offer convenient keypad entry. House Rules: Parties, smoking, and pets are not permitted. The property is intended for registered overnight guests and respectful residential use. Professional Cleaning: Both residences are professionally cleaned between reservations to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay.
