This early 1900's bungalow has been completely renovated to keep up with modern times while maintaining its beautiful originality. This is made evident in the large trim and tall ceilings throughout. The gorgeous hardwood floors are completely original and have been refinished to pristine condition. We offer a generous front porch with original hand rails and balusters to showcase that true southern living.

About the Home

We have an extremely spacious 2 bed/2 bath. It was converted from an original 3 bedroom and we even added a large addition off of the back of the house. The master bedroom is more than generous, with a huge walk-in closet and true master bath with separate tub and shower. You will not be disappointed in this luxurious space. The other bedroom has a spacious closet and quick access to the shared bath as well. We have a HUGE eat-in kitchen with a never-ending island that has enough space to host your own cooking show on.

Good to know

We offer a security/alarm system and has a camera which is for security purposes only but we do keep that monitored to our discretion.

The Neighborhood

We are just a couple of blocks north of the Baldwin Park neighborhood near some new local restaurants/breweries. Not far at all from Daffin Park - great for running/riding bikes! Wholefoods is only 1.5 miles from the house, less than 5 minute drive.

Guest Access

You have the entire house to yourself, with a huge driveway off the side. Comes with cable/internet and a security/alarm system.

House Rules and Terms

Absolutely no animals are permitted whatsoever. Please do not use our linens/towels to wipe off makeup or excessive dirt, we offer makeup wipes and paper towels for these reasons. Stained linens may result in a linen fee of up to $50 per item. Please treat the home as your own and let us know if anything breaks. We are much more empathetic to those who are honest and upfront with us :)
