Joya Cyprus Seaside Luxurious Villa

Description

Luxury 3-bed / 3.5 bath sea front villa with private pool. This sleek, contemporary villa offers privacy to all guests with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the villa. Airconditioned throughout, it has every amenity you need for a perfect family holiday. Lounge by the pool or walk down to our semi-private beach area, just 1 minute away. This villa is perfect all year round, with a log burner and underfloor heating too. Downstairs, a large kitchen / dining / living area opening onto the pool terrace at the front and a second, dining and BBQ terrace to the side. There is one twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a second twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and, up another level, the master bedroom suite with shower room with double sink. There is also a desk area. Outside, a lovely pool surrounded by terracing with lounge furniture and a second terrace with dining table and BBQ. Walk down to the sea in 1 minute and only steps away from a cool beer at the nearest restaurant / bar. This beautiful, quiet and peaceful area is situated near Tatlisu, on the unspoilt coastline of North Cyprus. Whilst you can walk to a couple of bars / restaurants from the villa, there are quite a few other good ones within just a short drive. The nearest local supermarket is around a 5-7 minute drive away, so you will need a hire car. There are lots of deserted, unspoilt beaches and coves to explore along this part of the coast and lovely walks along the old coast road. If you are looking for somewhere a bit livelier, then there are a couple of good beach clubs with long sandy beaches and facilities which we can recommend, just a short drive away in either direction. • Parties and Pets are NOT allowed • Reasonable utility allowance per apartment of 30Kwh per day for electricity and 0.5 tonnes per day for water. • Usage above this will be charged at 10TL per KwH. • Credit card details will need to be given on arrival or a cash deposit of 100GBP for this purpose. This deposit is taken in the form of a credit card imprint against damages and theft. Utility usage over the allowance will be taken via this deposit method. • Please note that there are insurance restrictions when bringing a hire car over the border from the Greek side. You need to buy extra insurance at the border, but the insurance offices are not open 24 hours. It is much safer bet to take a taxi from the airport and hire a car here on the Turkish side. • It is important that guest notify us of any items in the apartment that may have been damaged during their stay. Also, upon departure we ask that guest collect all used/dirty laundry (towel and sheets) and put them in one place all together. Also, all trash should be disposed of outside the apartment in the available trash bins. We do not expect guest to do a comprehensive clean upon departure. We do expect guest to leave the apartment in a relatively acceptable state. The apartment should be left as close to how it was when they arrived. • Due to the construction next to the villa there might be noise and dusts which is out of our control.
