TVA sprays herbicide around docks and near the shoreline to allow for boating/kayaking and fishing. These grasses provide excellent habitat for fish and are appreciated by many anglers. Bellefonte Nuclear Plant is in view across the lake from the cottage. It is currently non-operational. Currently, the cottage does not have a guest accessible laundry room.

▪ Please provide the first and last names of all guests when submitting a booking, plus tell us a little something about your stay and what brings you to the area. We are careful about who we rent to and like to get to know our guests. ▪ All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (we check this when in doubt). ▪ Check in is 4pm or later, checkout is by 10am. ▪ No smoking inside or out. ▪ No pets.
The Neighborhood
The cottage is located in a quiet, small development of lakefront homes. Some of the homes are also used as vacation rentals. One way in and out means there will be little through traffic to disrupt the peaceful natures of the area.
Guest Access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire cottage during your stay, with the exception of a locked lower-level storage area used for supplies. Self check-in is quick and easy with keyless entry. Before arrival, you'll receive detailed check-in instructions, driving directions, and your unique access code.
