Step outside and dive into your private pool or take advantage of 28 feet of dockage on a deep water canal, perfect for bringing your own boat or renting locally. There's also ample space to store your trailer, making boat days hassle-free.  Anglers will appreciate the fish cleaning station and bait freezer.  Cook up your catch of the day at the built-in grill/kitchen area on the relaxing canal-side patio.  And enjoy a commercial ice maker onsite! Inside, the home is bright, welcoming, and fully equipped for your stay. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bath, while the fun and functional second bedroom includes a bunk-style setup with 3 twin beds and 1 full bed, great for kids or extra guests. The guest bathroom is conveniently located just steps away. Whether you're here to fish, boat, swim or simply unwind, Pelican’s Nest offers everything you need for a true Keys getaway.
