Plus, the supermarket is just across the road for added convenience. This home offers plenty of space, with enough room for up to 8 guests. On the top floor of this townhouse, you'll find three bedrooms all with queen size beds. The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in robe. There is also a shared bathroom upstairs (with bath and shower) and separate toilet. All bedrooms have ample storage and comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. You'll fall in love with how well this space is designed for all types of travelers. Downstairs, you'll find two living rooms. The main living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an additional space for two guests during your stay. Guests can enjoy an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with all the amenities you need to get started. You can sit back and relax in front of the flat screen TV, enjoy a meal at the dining table or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and more). Plus, this townhouse has a toilet downstairs and European laundry which you can use free of charge during your stay. If you prefer spending time outdoors, this home has a backyard with BBQ, seating area and is fully fenced. The backyard also has a clothesline for added convenience. Offering year-round comfort, this home has 2 split systems, ducted heating and fans in bedrooms. What's more, you can enjoy access to a double garage during your stay. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee. Please note: - Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival. - Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property. - If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay If you would like to arrange use of the PortaCot, please let us know when making your booking.

Please note: - The sofa bed is in the main living area. - The sofa bed will not be made up upon entry. If you need to use the sofa bed during your stay, spare linen is available in the linen cupboard. - This home has one flight of stairs. Please take note of this when booking this townhouse.

Check-in time

Check-in is at 3pm unless otherwise agreed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests however this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.

Checkout time

Checkout is strictly at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

We endeavour to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible for our guests and kindly request that, prior to checking out you

- Wash, dry and put away all dishes used during your stay. - Turn off the TV, lights and any air-conditioning/heating used. - Dispose of any rubbish into the bins provided. - Clean the BBQ if used during your stay. - Do NOT wash any linen prior to leaving the property. - Return the keys to the lockbox provided.

Booking requirements

Please book for the number of guests staying at the property. If more guests are found to be in the property, the booking may be cancelled.

The additional fees are below for reference

Staying past 10am check out time: $55 p/h, per cleaner. Dirty BBQ (food scraps, unable to be used by next guest): $50. Evidence of parties/pets/smoking: $150 fee. Additional guests: $50 per night/ per guest, plus the right to cancel the booking. Lost keys: 100% of the replacement cost plus $50 administration fee.
