This home has all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay, with the following key features: - Bedrooms: The property features 3 comfortable bedrooms. The bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 x king bed Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 x bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), 1 x king single bed This means the home can sleep up to 8 guests which is great for those larger groups and families. All rooms have ample storage. - Kitchen: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home, including a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and a pod coffee machine. You will have all the essentials to get you started in this home away from home. - Living room: Relax in the light-filled living room with flat screen TV and ornamental fireplace. With beautiful flooring, carefully selected (and comfortable) couches, you can sit back with a book, glass of wine or watch a movie in this space. - Backyard and Deck: One of the best features of this home is the expansive deck and fully-fenced backyard. With ample space for activities and entertaining, look no further than this home for your next visit to Bendigo. PortaCot Available: We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee. Please note: - Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival. - Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property. - If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay If you would like to arrange use of the PortaCot, please let us know when making your booking.
