About the Home

✦ The generous space and brightness of this apartment make it all the more pleasant to be in. The apartment is nicely renovated and decorated tastefully, resonating a sense of belonging and comfort to all who stay there. ✦ The two floors allow for privacy within the apartment, and the bedrooms. There is a beautiful living space on the first floor, and a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances. This includes a dishwasher which simplifies cleaning up after having a beautiful meal. ✦ The modern dining table can comfortably accommodate 4 people and will be perfect for your meals! In addition and all the essentials for cooking are provided as spices, oils, sauces, coffee, etc ✦ You have access to the large terrace on the second floor, which is shared with the other tenants. ✦ This is extremely popular in the summertime due to its size and the amount of sun it gets. ✦ There are two beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and a comfortable mattress that will allow you to rest after a long day! ✦ We also took the time to decorate the bedroom with taste so that our guests would feel amazing when they stayed in them. ✦ We provide hotel-quality linens and towels as well as bathroom amenities and all the essentials in the kitchen! ✦ The full HD 4k TV will be perfect for a movie night set up nicely on the comfy sofa! Which is also perfect for a rainy day. ✦ The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit that is amazing to have during hot days.

*DOGS* We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected. Additional fees: $100 per stay. Conditions: - You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences; - Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs; - Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges. - Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas. - You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the unit clean. *OTHER PETS* Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED. *As the apartment is on two floors, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.* *We do not have parking but it is easy to park in the street (for a fee), or in the adjacent streets some spaces are free but beware of the signs because there are some times where the city does cleanings and you will not be able to park during this time, but it would be indicated on the signs.* Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged. Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).

The Neighborhood

✦ The location of the apartment is perfect because you are right on Ontario Street, close to all the local shops, bakeries, butcheries, cheese shops, fruit shops, and more... ✦ If you are looking to do some cooking, I advise you to go visit the "Boucherie des Faubourgs", "La Fromagerie Atwater" and "La Boulangerie Pain et Tartine", which can be found right next to one another. ✦ You also have many well-known restaurants like; - "Poutineville", you should go and try their poutine, and then come and tell me about it! - "Grenade", a cocktail bar. The food is excellent and above all it is just beautiful, mark my words this place is worth the detour! - "Macbar et cheese" is known for its delicious Mac&cheese! ✦ One of the best parts of the location of this apartment is that it is only 5 minutes away from Lafontaine Park. It is very similar to Montreals Central Park, there is a gathering place where many Montrealers and tourists come to relax in the grass, drink a beer and snack with friends or family, or people can even play volleyball, tennis, petanque and so more! ✦ The central localization of the apartment allows you to be close to the Village, 10 minutes from the Beaudry metro, and 20 minutes from Mont-Royal Street, crossing through the park! You can access anything you want on foot or bike, no car necessary!

APARTMENT RULES

1. All our bookings are covered by Aircover, Airbnb's protection. You can be held responsible in case of damage or non-compliance. If necessary, we will use the resolution center with photos and/or invoices. 2. Check-in can be done at any time after 4:00 p.m. The maximum time for Check-out is 11:00 a.m. You can request for a Check-in earlier than 4:00 p.m. or a Check-out after 11:00 a.m., but we cannot guarantee this request and we will be able to give you an official response only 24 hours in advance. 3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $ 500.

4. DOGS

If the apartment is left in a messy condition, we will charge $ 40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to clean up. We love when guests wash their dishes before check-out or take out the dishwasher. 7. Guests are not allowed to book our apartement directly if they do not have verified ID and a profile photo of their face on Airbnb. We do not discriminate, we just want to know who we are renting our property to. 8. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the apartment. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all customers expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers recognize that they can personally purchase insurance to protect themselves during such events. 9. If more guests than the number initially stated in the reservation sleep at the apartment, we will charge you $500 of penalty and we will request that the initial number of guests mentioned in the reservation be respected from then on. Children under 2 years old are not counted as guests. 10. If you notice anything that presents a hazard that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately. 11. If you delay the work of housekeeping attendants, at the time of Check-out, you will be charged $ 50. This charge is applied to any late check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check out in advance. 12. Although not systematic, we reserve the right to request a photo ID from all guests for security reasons. 13. A maintenance worker may come by during your stay to perform upkeep on the facilities and equipment to ensure they function properly, both for your stay and for future guests. Their intervention is occasional, usually limited to the exterior, and should not cause any disturbance. In case of an emergency requiring access to indoor equipment, the agent may exceptionally need to enter the accommodation. Rest assured, this will only happen as a last resort to ensure your comfort. 14. When you make a reservation with us, you agree to all of the above house rules.
