With a spacious, open floor plan and expansive water views, it’s designed to make the most of the Eastern Shore lifestyle. On the top level there is a large great room with a wall of windows framing the breathtaking water views. A sun deck off the great room provides the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the boats go by. Inside, the living area includes a wet bar, perfect for entertaining, and a half bathroom for added convenience. Also on this floor is a spacious king bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. For the kids, there are two bunk rooms: one with two sets of twin bunk beds and the other with a bunk bed featuring a full bed on the bottom, a single on top, and a trundle underneath. The final room on this floor has a single daybed with a trundle and a desk offering a quiet space for work while light streams in. On the lower level, you'll find a kitchen and dining area designed for group meals and entertaining.
