Between now and 10/1/26, the pool will not be heated if the outdoor temperature is less than 50-60 degrees F. After 10/1/26, the pool and hot tub will be reliably heated regardless of outdoor temperature. Please inquire if you have questions about pool heat during your stay. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river. Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
