Set in beautiful tree-scaped and leafy surrounds, this spacious easy living apartment is just a few minutes directly down the road to the famous Hastings Street main beach where you can spend your days away gazing at the world famous surrounds of Noosa National Park while relaxing next to the waves of the Pacific Ocean.

Facilities include undercover carport parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two singles beds. A European style washing machine and dryer is included in the apartment.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including the shared pool and one car parking space.
Please Note:
The complex has a steep driveway to the carport labeled No.2. Please take care driving up and down the driveway.
Street access to the apartment is via a set of stairs to the left of the driveway.
There is free street parking available directly out front of the complex.

HOUSE RULES
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home, whilst keeping our neighbours happy and the home in great condition for all our guests. We would truly appreciate it if you could accept the local code of conduct and our house rules, and thank you in advance for your cooperation!
Guests at this home are required to abide by the following CODE OF CONDUCT prescribed by Noosa Council
No more than 2 guests per bedroom may occupy the premises at any time.
All outdoor areas, including balconies, decks, pool and the like, must not be used after 9pm each night.
The premises must not be used as a party house, with no events, functions or parties (e.g. bucks parties, hen’s parties, raves, or wedding receptions for example) permitted on site.
Amenity
The operation of the approved use must not detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking, light spill or odour) enjoyed by surrounding residents or cause a nuisance, including a noise nuisance.
Car Parking
Existing car parking on site, as detailed on the approved plans, must be maintained and kept available for users of the short term accommodation.
All car parking areas and access driveways must be maintained exclusively for vehicle parking and manoeuvring and kept in a tidy and safe condition at all times.
Waste Management
Waste containers must be placed on the kerb side frontage of the premises for the collection of waste by the guest in residence, and be moved back within 24 hours of the scheduled collection day
The waste containers cannot be left by the roadside for more than 24 hours.
The guests in residence must not
A. detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking, light spill or odour) enjoyed by residents in the vicinity of the premises; or
B. cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance);
C. display unacceptable behaviour including
a. loud aggressive behaviour;
b. yelling, screaming, arguing; or
c. excessively loud cheering, clapping and singing.
D. create a level of noise above the acceptable levels described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise)
E. Must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent, caravan, campervan or similar facility.
F. That each vehicle used by an user of the premises must
1. be stored in a manner that does not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining premises; and
2. be parked within the parking facilities at the premises where provided.
D. That each user of the premises must store general waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) produced as a result of the ordinary use or occupation of the premises in a waste container.
E. That each user of the premises must ensure that the premises, including the grounds of the premises, are kept in a safe and tidy condition.
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
Kindly remove your shoes indoors please to keep sand outside.
Please refrain from rearranging the furniture.
You are holidaying in a residential area, please no loud music at any time and after 9pm. Please be respectful not to disturb our lovely neighbours. Sadly additional charges will be applied to your booking if we receive a noise complaint and security is called. If you do not reduce the noise level at this time, authorities and Airbnb may be contacted for your removal off the property should noise complaints be received. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN should you be asked to leave due to breaking the house rules or non-compliance with the code of conduct.
Excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the guests if the house is not left in a neat and tidy condition.
Upon departure the BBQ is to be cleaned please, if used. An additional charge of $40 will be applied if it is left dirty.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of the booking. If you wish to have additional guests please contact us for approval (maximum 2 guests per bedroom).
The owner will not be responsible for any injury suffered to a guest, or visitors of a guest.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you.
We want you to enjoy the pool area, but to avoid injury, please no bombing or running. Children are not allowed in the gated swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising in the space for safety. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken into the pool area - only plastic items allowed.
If you leave property behind on departure, we are happy to send it back to you for a minimum charge of $25 covering postage and our time to retrieve and send the items.
Any sports equipment, baby equipment or toys supplied are there for your enjoyment but used at your own risk. The host cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained from using the equipment.
This accommodation is for residential purposes only, functions or parties (big or small) are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.
Strictly no schoolies or groups.
Cleaning: The cleaning is provided by a commercial cleaning company and they provide a cleanliness guarantee. Their contact details are advertised in the accommodation. If the cleanliness is not to your expectation please contact the provider directly, they will rectify any reasonable issues.
Please keep in mind that we also are dealing with labor shortages and high costs of living, just as the rest of the country. Please know we do our very best to provide beautiful, clean spaces to our guests, but we have a constant turnover of staff and they are not always perfect. So if there has been a small oversight, please forgive us, but major issues will be addressed.
NO refund will be provided as we offer a cleanliness guarantee. In the event that the cleaning company is unresponsive please contact us via the Airbnb app and we will assist.
Noise and other issues outside our control: You are holidaying in a residential area and surrounding buildings or units might have noisy maintenance or construction at times. This is completely beyond our control, and no refund will be provided if this occurs.
We reserve the right to decline reservations that we do not feel comfortable with.
