Kitchenette & Wet Bar: Keep snacks and beverages ready with a full-size refrigerator, perfect for poolside refreshments. Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to your private tiki bar and sparkling pool — ideal for sipping tropical drinks, taking a dip, or basking in the Florida sunshine. POOL HEAT A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded. PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this. You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast.
