The Neighborhood
A prime location across the road from Mouille Point's beach front, which extends into the beautiful Sea Point Promenade - a favourite for both locals and tourists for jogging, taking a leisurely strolls, using the outdoor gym, riding bicycles and picnicking whilst enjoying beautiful views, early morning sunrises or magical sunsets over the sea! Just one road back from the promenade is the beautiful Green Point Urban Park - with a lake, biodiversity garden, shaded picnic spots, outdoor gym, children’s play park and even a labyrinth. This is another perfect setting for a jog, walk, picnic or quiet reflection whilst enjoying the fantastic views of Signal Hill, Lion’s Head and the Stadium. There are an excellent selection of local bars, cafes and restaurants a few minutes walk away along the beach front. Mouille Point is also just down the road from the Green Point and the popular V&A Waterfront, both with many more cafe’s, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Easy access to the City Centre as well as the beautiful Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. You will be spoilt for choice!
