This cannot be done in person. Our beautifully designed corner suite at Coral Resort is located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. The beach is just 2 blocks away, and you’ll enjoy water views at your doorstep. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort. The resort features a heated, waterview pool and landscaped courtyard with free parking on-site. No car needed. 🏨 This is a private unit at a resort; we manage only select top-tier units and have no control over amenities outside the unit. 🐜 Pest Note: While we do treat regularly for pests, occasional sightings (ants, spiders, or roaches) may appear due to heat. We do not issue refunds for pests, but we’re always happy to address any problems! Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) ⚠️ General construction has been completed throughout the property. There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule. There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building. All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed. Remaining tasks involve interior finish work only and will be performed during standard business hours. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
