The Clubhouse is an awesome house, in an awesome location! Walk to the Sebel, Stock and Barrel Bar, the Pro Shop, walk along the waterfront boardwalk of Lake Mulwala to Chinamen's Island. Enjoy kids playgrounds, bike paths, and exercise stations. Important stuff: Strict noise restrictions apply in the Estate. Pet friendly only with prior written approval from the owner. A security deposit is payable to the Managing Agents 7 days prior to arrival. The "Clubhouse" overlooks the 15th green of the Black Bull Golf Course in the Silverwoods Estate. The Clubhouse on Robinson is all about location, great views and a sense of being ‘wowed’ with modern and super comfortable amenities. For golfing guests, this is the perfect house. After golf, sit back and relax on the alfresco, watch the golf action, enjoy a home-made pizza, or a gourmet BBQ dinner. For families, enjoy the waterfront boardwalk and cycling path, the Chinamen’s Island nature reserve and the Yarrawonga Foreshore park. Grab Your Popcorn! The Clubhouse on Robinson is pet friendly (written approval and fees apply). We love the space: - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - foxtel, wi-fi, 2.5m projector screen, sonos and more! - entertainers al fresco with pizza over and gourmet BBQ. - double garage, poker table, secure back yard. Bedding configurations: Please note, the price is based on 6 guests. 1 additional divan bed is available, to sleep a max of 8 guests, additional charges apply. 2 of the queen beds can split into singles. • Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed (or 2 single beds) • Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed (or 2 single beds) with golf course views • Guest Bedroom 3: Master Queen bed (upstairs) with ensuite and walk in robe • Downstairs Lounge: Additional Double Divan with bedding provided. All quality bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please supply your own beach towels. A starter kit of coffee, tea, sugar and basic pantry items are provided. Age restriction: Only book if you are over 28 years of age. Please contact us directly if you are under 28 Years old. Silverwoods Yarrawonga is situated on the banks of iconic Lake Mulwala. Explore a wonderful destination of great walking paths, kids playground, Blackbull Golf Course and all within a 5-minute drive of the established Yarrawonga township. - short drive to Mulwala, Bundalong and Rutherglen wine region. A security deposit of $1000 is required to be paid 7 days prior to the booking to the Property Management Agents (Waterfront Holiday Houses ) Booking Terms and Conditions: Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking. (1) Standard Booking Cancellation Policy: Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking. Booking Cancellation Policy: Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property. Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund. If a refund is requested, then a $110 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 8% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded. Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply. (2) Covid and cancelations: Please note, Covid cancellations will require medical evidence submitted for the cancellation request to be approved. If you have a booking and you contract covid, the option available to you will depend on the following (a) the date of the booking (b) the number of guests in the original booking, and (c) the availability for re-booking within a 3 month period (d) the owner of the property. If a booking cancellation request is approved, guests will be required to pay for the clean and any linen used to set the beds. Credit notes: You will be issued with a credit voucher for the full value paid on your existing booking. This credit will be valid for12 months at the original property booked or an alternative property if that property is no longer available. Transferring a booking to new dates: Check availability on our website for future dates and we will make the alteration for you. If your preferred dates are not available, we will contact the owner to confirm if we can release the booking to an alternative property. Please note: Bookings made with a credit voucher, or a transferred booking, the standard cancellation policy applies should you decide to cancel after the booking has been made. Please note: Refunds will not be offered for peak periods (Melbourne Cup, Christmas, NYE, January, Australia Day, Labour Day long weekend, Easter, June Long weekend, AFL Grand Final weekend) (3) For bookings placed via 3rd party websites. Our Host cancellation policy on these websites is simple. The advertised nightly rack rate will be refunded, less the $110 cancellation processing fee. Service fees, booking fees and merchant processing fees are non-refundable. Bookings made via 3rd party websites and agents (including but not limited to Airbnb, Home away, booking, TripAdviser and Expedia ) these fees are approx. 23% This is 23% of the booking tariff (ie if you booking tariff was $1000, the booking fees and commissions fee will be $230) Guest funds, will be returned via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform. Please note: Guest funds from bookings made via 3rd party booking sites will not be returned prior to booking dates in any circumstance. How to cancel: For bookings made via AirBnB, Booking and Trip Advisor, you will need to request to cancel via your account with the respective website. Please do not select ‘request’ money via the Airbnb platform, as it will be declined. We, the Property Managers receive payment from AirBnB after the planned check-in date of the booking. How to postpone/change a booking. You will need to request to amend your booking via your account with the respective website. Waterfront Holiday Houses will then be contacted by the 3rd party website and will accept that request. On 3rd party websites, changes to bookings cannot be made on the day of check-in. Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Email and phone requests to change bookings will be responded to during these hours of operation only. Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.
