-The person making the reservation must be present during the stay. -Third-party bookings are not allowed. -No parties or events. -No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. -No loud music. -No fireworks or open flames. -No pets. Pool Maintenance The pool is maintained and serviced by the HOA. We are not responsible for scheduling, maintenance timing, or temporary closures related to HOA pool services.

Maintenance and Services

-Pest control service is performed once per month. This service cannot be refused by guests. To help prevent pests, please keep doors and windows closed.

Cleaning

-The home is professionally cleaned before each stay. If you notice anything that needs attention after check in, please notify us so the cleaning team can address it.

Ice Maker

-Ice makers are one of the refrigerator components that tend to stop working first, especially with frequent use. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee that the ice maker will be operational during your stay. -In many cases, repairing an ice maker requires replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t always practical. For this reason, the ice maker is not considered a guaranteed amenity.
