Nestled right on the sparkling shores of Little Bald Lake, this lakeside escape has been thoughtfully designed as the ultimate getaway for families, friends, and anyone seeking peace, adventure, and unforgettable memories.🌿 Inside, the main cottage features a bright and spacious open-concept kitchen 🍳 and living area , framed by breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows 🪟 that flood the space with natural light while offering stunning views of the lake. Step out onto the main terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the fresh summer breeze. On the main floor, you’ll find 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 stylish bathrooms , giving everyone plenty of space to relax and recharge. Head upstairs to the master suite, where you’ll be greeted by an open-concept bedroom with its own private bathroom and secluded terrace 🌌 overlooking the serene waters a true sanctuary within a sanctuary. 🌙 Adjacent to the main cottage, perched above the garage, is a fun bunk room 🛌 an adventurous little hideaway that kids (or friends!) will love for late-night chats, games, and sleepovers under the stars. Step outside, and the magic continues! 🌳 The expansive yard gently slopes toward the lake, creating the perfect playground for kids to run freely or for the whole family to gather for outdoor fun. Two lake-facing terraces provide endless opportunities for sunbathing, alfresco dining , or simply unwinding with a book 📖 under the open sky. When evening arrives, gather around the fire pit, share stories, and roast marshmallows under a blanket of stars ✨. For the adventure seekers, grab one of the provided kayaks, or enjoy a peaceful sunset cruise that paints the sky with colors. Beyond the property, the surrounding region offers so much to explore: from scenic hiking trails to local wineries and cider houses 🍏, where you can savor the finest tastes of the season. It’s a destination where relaxation, nature, and fun blend seamlessly, making every day feel like a new adventure. 💖 Whether you’re lounging on the terrace, paddling across the lake, sipping wine by the fire, or simply soaking in the stillness of nature—Villa Somnia is more than a cottage; it’s a summer experience you’ll never forget. 🌞 Security Cameras For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, please note that there are two security cameras installed outside the property. One is a doorbell camera facing the main entrance, and the other is positioned at the back of the property , overlooking the open area near the dock . These cameras are only for security purposes and are not used for surveillance of guests. They do not record any footage✖️, and there are absolutely no cameras inside the cottage or in any other private outdoor areas. Your comfort and privacy are our top priority. 💖 🔥 Fireplace Please note that the indoor fireplace is not operational 🔥. For this reason, we do not provide firewood. The outdoor fire pit, however, is available for those magical summer nights under the stars —perfect for roasting marshmallows 🍫 and sharing stories with friends and family. 🐾 Pets We love pets, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in taking good care of them during your stay. Any pet-related damages will incur a $250 fee. To help keep the property in great condition, please make sure your pets are always leashed within the house and never left unattended. This ensures their safety, the comfort of future guests, and the preservation of our space. Garbage Disposal All guests are kindly asked to dispose of garbage responsibly at the nearest transfer station. 🛻 We will provide the exact location and directions in your check-in instructions. To keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone, please do not leave garbage behind. Failure to follow this rule will result in an additional $200 penalty. Thank you for helping us keep Villa Somnia fresh and welcoming for every guest. ✨ 🚗 Parking Rules We allow a maximum of 5 vehicles on the property. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Please note: No street parking No blocking access points or other areas No parking on the grass or landscaped zones This ensures smooth access for everyone and keeps the property safe and tidy. By following these simple rules, you’ll help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable space for all our guests 🌟. Thank you for your cooperation—we truly appreciate your effort in treating our cottage with the same love and care as your own home. 🔺For guests with no reviews or a history of negative reviews, we may kindly request a $500 refundable deposit at check-in.
