THE POOL Your private rectangular pool is the centrepiece of the villa. Completely private, surrounded by sun loungers and deckchairs. No shared facilities, no timetables. Just yours. THE GROUND FLOOR Step inside to a generous open-plan living and dining area complete with a billiard table, perfect for evening entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen flows directly out to the pool terrace, making alfresco dining effortless. A ground-floor bathroom and parking for 2–3 cars round out the level. THE BEDROOMS All five bedrooms are on the upper floors, each with panoramic countryside views, individual air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom. Marsascala (10 min) — A relaxed seaside village perfect for morning swims, waterfront strolls, and golden-hour sunsets. The location itself in another asset as it is close to Marsaxlokk and Marsascala. Marsaxlokk being the fishing village having the best restaurants while Marsascala is a quaint seaside village ideal for morning jogs or swimming in the crystal-clear water. RATES & CAPACITY Rate is based on up to 10 guests. AIR CONDITIONING Each bedroom has its own AC unit. €10 daily credit is included for every day you will be staying with us.
