THE CHARACTER Blueberry Hills is unlike most villas in Malta. Built from traditional Maltese stone with exposed wooden beams and rustic interior details, it has the warmth and atmosphere of an authentic Mediterranean farmhouse the kind of place that feels lived-in and special, not just photographed and rented. THE POOL A full-size rectangular pool (8.3m x 4.5m) surrounded by sun loungers, deckchairs, and a charcoal BBQ with open countryside views and complete privacy. Guests consistently tell us the pool area is the highlight of their stay. THE LIVING SPACES The ground floor opens into a spacious living and lounge area with a billiard table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area that looks directly onto the pool. The indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally together, making it easy to move between a lazy morning at the table and an afternoon by the pool. THE BEDROOMS All five bedrooms are on the upper floors, each with air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom. A mini-grocery store is located a few meters away while a supermarket can be reached within a 5 minute walk. St. Thomas bay is located a 5 minute drive away while Delimara & St.Peter's pool can be reached by a 10 minute drive. The famous fishing village of Marsaxlokk is located quite close approx. 5 minute drive away. RATES & CAPACITY Rate is based on up to 10 guests. AIR CONDITIONING Each bedroom has its own AC unit. €10 daily credit is included for everyday you will be staying with us. PETS Well-behaved pets welcome. ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY Payable on arrival/check is an environmental contribution of EUR 1.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 22.50 per person for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands.
