Spacious for one, ideal for four, and able to accommodate up to six guests. Pet-friendly — small pets are welcome (please inform us in advance). This stylish and self-contained 2-bedroom apartment features a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The warm, cozy bathroom, spacious living area with a 3-seater sofa bed (folding out to a double), and a well-equipped kitchen with dining space provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy relaxing city views. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and the in-unit laundry comes equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. For luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, Southern Cross Station offers lockers priced between AU$10–16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge (Shop 3/200 Spencer St) provides storage for AU$8 per bag. The space comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with the ability to accommodate up to 6. An additional fee of AU$29 per person, per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests. Guests 5 and 6 will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out into a double.
