HOUSE RULES: To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect for our neighbors, please review and follow the rules below: NO SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee, plus any additional costs for cleaning or damage. QUIET HOURS (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Outdoor noise must be significantly reduced after 10 PM. Failure to do so will result in removal from the home. GUEST POLICY: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No unauthorized or undisclosed guests allowed without prior permission. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $25 per person.
