Incredible new fully equipped apartment in Mazatlan, just two blocks from the boardwalk and Machado beach. We are located in the Torre Ibérika building, where you can enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, grill, and gym. We have an extra YATE service ($2,500 mxn per hour, 3 hours minimum) subject to availability. Pamper your family and friends in this incredible property and spend unforgettable relaxing days. We will be happy to welcome you! The accommodation includes: -Two bedrooms with Smart TV and Netflix -Two full bathrooms -Equipped kitchen to cook all your food -Dining room In addition to common use amenities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, grill and gym. The Malecón of Mazatlán is just three blocks away on foot, and you will quickly reach other points such as the aquarium and different shops and restaurants to add to your stay. We will be attentive to your arrival and happy to help you with whatever you need throughout your stay! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a grocery store at the opposite corner of the building so you can buy everything you need; the boardwalk and the beach are two blocks away. We are 25 minutes from the Airport. If you require cleaning service during your stay, it has a cost of $300 and we ask you to notify us in advance. -An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
