Welcome to downtown Midland, our home has been newly remodeled in June of 2025, and has been designed to accommodate your every need. Walk downtown or even to Dow Gardens, this home is close to so much of what makes Midland special. Inside you'll find a carefully designed two bedroom 1 bath home, with comfortable furnishings throughout. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed and the livingroom includes a smart TV. Our backyard is fenced in and private with a comfortable outdoor seating area.

House Rules and Terms

1. Respect Neighbors and Keep Noise Down

• Full-time residents are neighbors and appreciate a peaceful environment. • Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, from 10 PM to 7 AM. • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the stay.

2. No Smoking Inside

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. • Smoke outside in the designated area. • Ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of in the provided ashtray. • Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate removal

3. No Parties or Events

• Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. • Small gatherings must comply with noise and guest policies.

4. Respect Maximum Occupancy

• The property comfortably accommodates [Number] guests. • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

5. Leave it as You Found it (Mostly!)

• Treat the home with the same respect as one's own. • Clean up after yourself during your stay, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. • Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins provided. • Ensure the dishes are washed and put away before check out.

6. Conserve Energy

• Turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use. • Help be eco-friendly by setting the thermostat to a reasonable temperature and turning it off when leaving the property.

7. Report Damages Immediately

• Accidents happen! Report any damages immediately so they can be addressed promptly.

8. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 4 pm • Check-out: 11 am • Contact the owners if flexibility is requested with these times, and owners will notify guest if agreed upon.

9. Parking

• Parking in the driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles • Be careful backing out of the driveway: Take extra caution when backing out of the driveway and always check for pedestrians and children. The neighborhood is very family friendly, so there are many walkers and children.

10. Take Shoes Off at the Entrance

• Please help keep the floors clean by removing your shoes upon entering the house.

11. Toilet Use

• Only toilet paper provided should be flushed down the toilet. • Dispose of all other items (including wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc.) in the trash bin provided.

12. Internet Usage Policy

• The internet access is provided for the convenience of our guests. • Guests are prohibited from using the internet for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, downloading copyrighted material or engaging in online harassment. • Guests are responsible for any legal repercussions resulting from their illegal internet usage.

13. Consequences of Rule Violations

• Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or early termination of the stay. Thank you for your cooperation! The owners hope guests have a wonderful stay.
