La Bella, ThatNicePlace, Selesa Hillhomes, Bukit Tinggi, is a renovated two-bedroom duplex with a distinctive style of its own. So when the noise of city life gets to you, when daily commute drags, it’s time to get away. An exciting and ideal meeting point where one can explore the gems of restaurants and eateries to sample new culinary delights. A welcoming and cosy unit (low floor) for 4 guests, the main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 Single beds. This corner unit within the resort complex enjoys a good degree of privacy, being slightly above the parking lot and just one short flight of stairs up from road level. You can’t ask for a better location. You will love the bright and airy atmosphere as soon as you open the door. To the left of the entrance is a little kitchen complete with a microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, and an infrared cooker for light cooking. Look to your right and the main reason for staying here lies beyond the ingenious dining arrangement, the spacious living area and the deep balcony with a delightful Japanese garden – savour the forest with its canopy at your eye level. Go out onto the balcony–it will accommodate everyone in your group–and you will see the forest stretching left and right and up into the nearby hills. The balcony is a great place to hang out, to savour the cool breeze over a drink or watch the clouds come down to play on the green forested slopes in the distance. The master bedroom on the lower level opens out to another large balcony with its own view of the trees. The little ones will love the back bedroom with its quaint sloping ceiling on one side, like the attic from their story books! Both the bathrooms have been completely refurbished with resort-standard fittings and all windows and doors are protected by insect screens for those evenings when bugs are active. Both bedrooms and the living lounge are equipped with air-conditioning units for those summer days when it does get a tad hot and humid during the afternoons, but the temperature quickly resets once the sun goes down. It is a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is nested in lush greenery amidst a golf course nearby, a great place to relax and unwind. It is in the gated and guarded development of Selesa Hillhomes, Bukit Tinggi. There's a marketplace in the village nearby, and convenient stores such as 99 Speed Mart and 7-Eleven also offer a variety of food, halal or non-halal. All are easy and readily available within proximity. Feel free to contact our host for some good food recommendations.
