* Excessive volume after 9 PM, as we have guests in the building. * Smoking inside the house or bedrooms. Therefore, we have a terrace area on the 1st floor and tables/chairs in the outdoor areas (rooftop). * Use of illicit substances. * If this is your case and you have minors with you, they must always have adult supervision. Leaving minors alone in the pool or house is not permitted. * Pets allowed. * Please be careful with linens and the property in general. * Visitors are not allowed. Only those confirmed on your reservation may enter.

To be granted a parking space, guests must register in the lobby.
