Welcome to Paris! We are delighted to welcome you to our splendid refuge on the banks of the Seine, just a stone's throw from the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Our beautiful flat is located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, a prestigious, upmarket thoroughfare renowned for its elegance and bourgeois, peaceful and secure atmosphere. The whole area evokes a refined, sophisticated atmosphere, in keeping with the upmarket, residential character of the 16th arrondissement. Around the flat, a number of renowned luxury boutiques, offering top-of-the-range items from fashion to jewellery and accessories, add to the chic atmosphere of the area. There are also numerous cafés and restaurants, renowned for their sophisticated atmosphere and refined menus. You'll be close to iconic landmarks such as Avenue Kléber, the Trocadéro, Place de l'Etoile, the Champs-Elysées and the Eiffel Tower. The flat's location will allow you to explore Paris on foot or by using the public transport system, which is at the foot of the flat. You can easily reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the various emblematic sites of the city. This 130m² flat is located on the 5th floor with a lift. Off the beaten track from the party scene, it won't satisfy nightlife fans. Despite this, you'll find some lovely walks, some of Paris's greatest museums, and some amazing architecture, with the 16th arrondissement boasting the most Art Nouveau buildings in Paris. Not forgetting, of course, the most exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero. This arrondissement is also home to the Parc des Princes and the French Open tennis stadium.
