Guests must sign in at the front desk, and access is subject to community rules, operating hours, seasonal availability, and pass requirements. The community pool & other amenities are managed by the building and not the host. Availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closures may occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of the season. ⸻ 🚗 Parking Information The property accommodates one vehicle in the driveway. Additional free public parking is available in the community parking lot but it is not guaranteed. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees No pets allowed unless explicitly approved. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws, HOA rules, and community guidelines. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless otherwise approved. Any violations of these policies may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund. If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $5,000 fine for smoking in the unit. Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
