Please complete this before check-in so we can send your access instructions on time. 🗑️ Garbage Disposal Please separate recyclables (bottles, cans, and PET bottles) from burnable trash. Do not leave garbage outside the room. ⚠️ Damage, Lost Items & Additional Fees * Guests may be charged for any damage, stains, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after checkout. * A ¥15,000 fee will be charged for lost keys. 🚭 Non-Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, including balconies and common areas. If evidence of smoking is found, a penalty of one night's stay plus a ¥50,000 special cleaning fee may be charged. ⏰ Checkout & Overstay * Checkout time is 10:00 AM. * Late checkout may be available until 12:00 PM with prior approval. * Staying beyond 10:10 AM without approval may result in an overstay fee of ¥20,000 per person.

Guests have exclusive access to Room 501 during their stay. 🏡 You'll have full use of the private apartment, including the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. 🛗 The building is equipped with an elevator for convenient access to the 5th floor. 🚪 Hallways, stairs, and other common areas are shared with other residents. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid approaching other units or entering areas that are not part of your reservation. 🤫 To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

House Rules and Terms

Guests who break house rules, especially smokers, will be charged for cleaning and damages. Reservations may be canceled if guest info is not submitted in advance. Early check-in before 3 PM costs ¥1,000/person. Late check-out until 1 PM is ¥1,000/hour/person. Unauthorized stays will be reported to Airbnb. No parking on-site—please use paid lots nearby. Unauthorized parking incurs a ¥5,000 penalty.
