Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by a bright, cozy living space that flows seamlessly toward stunning lake views. The kitchen shines with its charming blue cabinetry, offering both drip and Keurig coffee options to start your mornings right, along with convenient counter seating for four that keeps everyone connected. Just beyond, the living room invites you to settle in with a plush couch and armchairs perfectly positioned for relaxing evenings with the smart TV or simply soaking in the scenery. Slide open the doors and you’ll find the true highlight—your covered deck overlooking the water. This is where mornings begin with coffee and calm lake breezes, and evenings wind down with al fresco meals at the dining table as the sun reflects off the water. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a laid-back escape, Daylight Cove blends comfort, style, and that unbeatable lakefront setting into one unforgettable stay. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, and a smart TV. This home includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • This unit offers parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot located in front of the building. • Parking passes are required and must be clearly displayed on the dashboard of each vehicle. Passes will be located inside the unit upon arrival and must be returned before departure. Failure to return parking passes will result in a $100 replacement fee issued by the HOA. • Please note that this home's main entrance is located one level below the parking area. • This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located on the side of the deck and monitoring the dock and homeowner's boat slip, and (2) a Ring doorbell located at the front entrance and monitoring the front external entry area. • High chair provided. • Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
