Experience comfort and convenience in this charming two bedroom house located in the heart of Charlottetown. The upper floor features two private bedrooms including a suite with a queen bed and a second bedroom equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The main level offers a bright living room with a cozy sofa bed and television, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and essential cookware. Guests also have access to a full bathroom upstairs, a convenient half bathroom on the main floor, and a dedicated laundry room. High speed wireless internet is provided throughout the home, making it an ideal space for both relaxation and remote work.

We welcome a maximum of five guests to our home. Please be mindful that this is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you respect the noise curfew throughout your stay. Parking is conveniently available directly in front of the house, with additional street parking provided for larger vehicles. For your comfort, the living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa. Check in is from 16:00 and check out is at 10:00. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, though outdoor smoking is permitted provided cigarette butts are disposed of properly. We kindly ask that you do not host parties or events, do not bring pets, and refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please ensure the air conditioning is turned off whenever you leave the premises.
