Good to know
Although we do have load shedding in South Africa this home has an inverter so you will always have power! Lights, TV, WiFi, plugs. Kindly make sure you look after the keys as the gold one for the gate is difficult to get a copy on. Loss of keys are a charge of R1000 The home is very comfortable and in a wonderful location. For stays longer than 28 days electricty top up will be for guest account. Servicing/cleaning/change of towels and linen for the home during your stay is charged as an extra. The price list can be found in your manual. For all bookings greater than 7 nights, the apartment will be serviced and the linen will be changed during your stay. Therefore an additional cleaning fee of R600 will be charged. Early and late check in or out are charged at an extra R500 per request. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Keeping the space pristine: We also schedule an additional clean during your stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The Atlantic Sea board is much sought after. 5 min from Sea Point Promenade and 5 min from the closest grocery store, Checkers, which is just up the road. Close to a variety of restaurants, shops and the Woolies shopping Mall. V & A Waterfront is only a mere 10 min away ; City Bowl 12 min ; Table Mountain 20 min ; Clifton & Camps Bay 12 min away. Such a great variety of things to do around this great location... We have a great list of To Do's listed in the manual including things like : The Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach, Robben Island sight seeing, Hout Bay Harbour, The Winelands of Constantia, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch & Paarl. Cape Town has so much to see and do!!!
