The amount is $1,000. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Rules for Dog Friendly We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our autorisation. ๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays. ๏ One dog only ๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old. ๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized ๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times. ๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours. ๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged. ๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay.
