This stylish 2-bedroom apartment offers a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and another queen bed in the second bedroom, perfect for relaxation. The space includes a cozy bathroom, an open living area with a 3-seater sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Step out onto your private balcony to take in beautiful city views, making this an ideal retreat for both comfort and convenience. For groups larger than 4, a nightly fee of $29 per extra guest will apply. *For groups of 4 or fewer who require the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. We're situated on Spencer Street right next to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof. Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. For luggage storage before or after your stay, Southern Cross Station offers lockers ranging from AU$10-16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge at Shop 3/200 Spencer St provides storage for AU$8 per bag. This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest. The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
