Step up the brick steps and into a grand beach house that has been fully updated while preserving the rich heritage details that make it special. Bay windows wrap the home in natural light, giving every room a bright, airy feel. First Floor The main living area features a large sectional chaise lounge surrounding a 70" smart TV with soundbar — the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Two reading chairs sit by the window, and a chic table for 4 is ideal for board games or cards. A wet bar lets you mix drinks, chill wine, or put together snacks. A cozy twin bed rounds out the first floor sleeping options. Two spacious queen bedrooms and a full bathroom stocked with essentials are also located on this floor, along with a laundry room with washer and dryer. Second Floor The heart of the home. The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, sleek Calacatta quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and an island breakfast bar. Appliances include a full-size fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice, a slide-in range with gas cooktop, built-in microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Serve meals at the contemporary dining table (seats 8, extendable with a leaf) or take it outside to the deck for alfresco dining with ocean views. A second living area with a plush sofa and armchair is perfect for pre-dinner catch-ups, plus a convenient half bath. Four spacious queen bedrooms are located on this floor (two rooms include an additional twin bed each), served by two renovated shared bathrooms. Third Floor — Penthouse Suite The top floor is all yours. This private suite includes a full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and his-and-her vanity, stocked with soft, fluffy towels. Pets: Welcome! A pet fee applies — please let us know before booking. TV: One 70" Smart TV in the living room (streaming only, no cable). Noise: Out of respect for our neighbors, the property has noise-level sensors installed. These devices do not record audio — they only detect decibel levels and log a time-stamped reading if noise exceeds a reasonable threshold. As long as you're not throwing a loud late-night party, you'll never hear about it. Age requirement: Per Atlantic City regulations, reservations require at least one guest to be 21 or older. No exceptions. Groups & events: We warmly welcome bachelor/bachelorette parties, golf trips, family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone birthdays. Just give us a heads up — we're happy to share recommendations! Winter stays: Atlantic City's proximity to the ocean means it can get cold and occasionally snowy in fall and winter. Pack layers! In rare cases of extreme weather, road conditions or minor maintenance issues may take extra time to resolve. Historic home: Built over 100 years ago and fully renovated, the house has been lovingly updated — but may have a few charming quirks that come with its age. We think that's part of what makes it special.
