Set in an enviable position on the Point Arkwright headland, this light-filled two-bedroom apartment captures the relaxed feel of a classic Sunshine Coast beach escape. With beach access directly opposite the property, ocean views, a shared swimming pool and your own private rooftop terrace, everything is set for laid-back days by the coast. Once inside, you’re welcomed into a comfortable open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The air-conditioned living room features a L-shaped sofa and TV, providing plenty of room to settle in after a morning at the beach. A decorative, non-functional fireplace adds character to the space, with two occasional chairs alongside it creating an additional spot to sit and relax. Flowing from the living area, the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay, with a fridge, oven, coffee maker and plenty of bench space. Four breakfast bar stools create a casual spot for morning coffee or a quick bite, while the dining table comfortably seats four for meals together. Step directly from the kitchen onto the private balcony, where a two-person outdoor setting overlooks the beach and coastline. Start the day here with your morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon drink in the sea breeze, or simply sit back and take in the coastal outlook. From the balcony, stairs lead up to one of the apartment’s standout features, the private rooftop terrace. With elevated coastal views and an outdoor dining table seating four, this exclusive space is perfect for relaxed meals, sunset drinks or simply unwinding above the coastline after a day exploring. When you’re ready to cool off, guests also have access to the complex’s shared swimming pool, offering another easy way to enjoy the Sunshine Coast weather without leaving the property. Rest comfortably across two air-conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe storage and a private ensuite. Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Connected to the master bedroom and complete with a shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe storage. Bathroom 2: The main bathroom includes a shower, bath and vanity. Laundry: A separate laundry room is available within the apartment, with an additional separate toilet conveniently located alongside it. Please note that stairs lead from the entrance to the apartment.

The private rooftop terrace is also accessed via stairs from the balcony and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. *The swimming pool is a shared complex facility. *The fireplace inside the apartment is decorative only and is not available for guest use. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings. *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This property is located within a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our property will only be provided after the completion of our form.
