About the Home

Sirocco Lux Villa is spread across two levels, offering 160 m² of comfortable and well-designed living space for up to 6 guests. Its architecture makes the most of the natural light while taking full advantage of the panoramic views. At the heart of the villa is the open-plan living area, where the lounge, kitchen and dining space come together. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with satellite channels. Adjacent to it is the fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked meal. The dining area comfortably seats up to ten guests, making it the perfect place to enjoy meals together with family or friends. The upper floor is home to the villa's two main bedrooms. Both feature queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, mountain views, air conditioning, Smart TVs and blackout curtains. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and features two joined single beds, which can be separated upon request. It also includes an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a Smart TV, while enjoying the same peaceful natural surroundings as the rest of the villa. The outdoor areas are designed to make the most of the villa's unique setting. The private heated infinity pool and the heated outdoor jacuzzi provide the perfect place to relax and unwind. The garden features a comfortable outdoor lounge for eight guests, an outdoor dining area for up to ten people, a fully equipped gas barbecue and an outdoor shower, all overlooking the surrounding mountains. Private parking is available on the property, while high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout both the indoor and outdoor areas. From here, guests can explore beaches, gorges, seaside villages and traditional dining options, while enjoying an excellent base for their daily excursions. Just 2.5 km away, the Kourtaliotiko Gorge is an impressive natural landscape featuring dramatic cliffs and the wild beauty of the Cretan countryside. The famous Preveli Beach is approximately 6.5 km away and is renowned for its palm forest, river and spectacular natural surroundings, making it one of the area's most distinctive destinations. For swimming and relaxation, the organised Damnoni Beach is about 5.8 km away, offering crystal-clear waters, dining options and activities by the sea. Ammoudaki Beach, approximately 4 km away, offers a smaller and more peaceful setting, while Schinaria Beach, around 5.4 km away, is an excellent choice for swimming and snorkelling in its clear waters. Guest Access

** Sirocco Lux Villas consists of two neighbouring villas. Each villa is completely independent, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. ** The pool can be heated upon request, at an additional charge of 50€ / per day. Pool heating can increase the water temperature by approximately 5°C above its natural temperature, depending on the prevailing weather conditions. If you would like to have the pool heated, please let us know at least 2 days in advance so that it can be arranged accordingly. Please note that pool heating must be booked for the entire duration of your stay and cannot be activated for individual days only.
