Our cozy apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, balcony, comfortably furnished rooms, and free enclosed parking. It's just a short stroll to the convention center and Uptown Charlotte's best restaurants, venues, and entertainment. *ABOUT OUR SPACE* • CLEANLINESS: Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation, while many other listings in the city are not. Enjoy staying in a clean and well-cared-for home without worrying about cleanup at check-out; our cleaners will handle it. • COMMUNICATION: We pride ourselves on a 100% response rate, replying to guest messages within a few minutes, both before and during your stay. • ARRIVAL: With our 24/7 self-check-in system and free enclosed parking, you can anytime after check-in time, even late at night. • SAFETY: Our apartment is in a secure community with security cameras, well-lit areas, and an enclosed garage for private parking. We have outside cameras above the street entrance and hallway entrance doors for added security. Expect some scuffs on the walls and some worn furniture over time. • Guests love the location, walkable neighborhood, and proximity to Uptown Charlotte. • Being in 2nd Ward, this home is next to highway. You might hear some city traffic, but we also provide white noise machines if you're sensitive. • This is a residential apartment, not a hotel, so it features self-check-in with no concierge or in-person assistance. • Our professional cleaning team does their best, but if they miss something, they will return for a free touch-up. CHECK-IN • Our apartment is inside the secured building with guest entry through a door using a unique check-in code. • Check-in time is 5 pm. Early check-in at 3 pm is available for $25 + taxes, if available. • Guests with cars will need to temporarily park, get a parking pass from the apartment, go back down to park in gated parking, and then fully be checked in. • Guests must provide a government ID and complete the check-in form before receiving a check-in code. CLEANLINESS • This listing is serviced by women and minority-owned independent cleaning businesses in Charlotte, NC. • If our cleaners miss something, let us know, and we will send them back within 24 hours for a free touch-up. • Cleaners take real-time and time-stamped photos after each cleaning to ensure quality. We will check our cleaner photos to compare against guest cleanliness concerns, and we request guests provide a photo of the concern so we can verify against our cleaner photos. • Guests are not expected to clean during check-out; our cleaners will handle it. COMMUNICATION • We respond to every guest message within 30 minutes, 24/7. We also have an emergency hotline. • This listing does not have in-person concierge service or a front desk. • Message us for any issues such as missing essentials, and we will same-day deliver the items for free. Please do not wait until after your reservation ends to message us, even for one-day reservations. Since this is a residential apartment and not a hotel with concierge or front desk staff to verify ID at check-in, we require the ID ourselves to digitally verify that the individual booking is the one who will be staying at the property.

Trifecta is a professionally managed corporate and vacation rental that follows the same laws that hotels do. Prior to confirming your booking, you must agree to send a photo of your State ID/Driver's License through Airbnb's secure messaging service once the reservation is confirmed. This is part of our House Rules. If an ID is not sent within 12 hours of the booking confirmation, the reservation will be canceled. We will hold onto the photo of your ID for the duration of your reservation. This information is also required by our apartment staff so that they may be of better assistance to our guests during their reservation and for general security purposes. This is a totally standard request, but if you do have any questions please give Airbnb a call for more information. Please do not inquire or book if you cannot provide a photo of your State ID/Driver's License. Guests must have at least 3 Airbnb reviews to book. We typically reply within a few minutes. *Early Check In & Late Check Out* We offer an early check-in and late check-out option for $25 + Airbnb Service Fee & Occupancy Taxes. If you'd like to check in early at 3pm or check out late at 1pm, let us know so we can work with our cleaning staff to accommodate your needs. *SECURITY CAMERAS & OTHER RECORDING DEVICES* *NEST SECURITY CAMERA - Our apartment is located in an apartment community that has security cameras, is well-lit, and has an enclosed garage for private parking. We also have an outside camera above the street entrance, hallway entrance & outdoor patio that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests, and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have an audio recording that we can review the history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside. *FRESH AIR SMOKE SENSOR- We are a smoke-free rental. Smoking of any kind will not be tolerated. The reservation will be canceled and our onsite courtesy police officer will be called to escort everyone off-premise. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and burning any kind of incense or sage. We have smoke sensors that immediately alert us in real-time if there is smoking on the property. The sensors are reliably accurate for detecting chemicals present in tobacco and marijuana smoke. There is no discussion or negotiation as to whether or not a guest was smoking in our unit or not after we receive an alert. This also includes no smoking on any balconies or patios. A $500 smoking fine will be added to your reservation if this rule is broken. There is a smoke sensor in each room of the rental. *NETATMO NOISE SENSOR - Monitors the noise levels in our rentals, without recording any sound. Also monitors CO2 for occupancy levels. Whenever the noise levels or CO2 levels go above the pre-set threshold for a customized duration of time, we will receive an instant notification to be alerted. This is used to monitor quiet hours between 9p-8a and unauthorized parties or large social gatherings. The device is inside the rental. *MINUT NOISE SENSOR - Monitors the noise levels in our rentals, without recording any sound. Whenever the noise levels go above the pre-set threshold for a customized duration of time, we will receive an instant notification to be alerted. This is used to monitor quiet hours between 9p-8a. The device is inside the rental. *AMAZON ECHO DOT: A smart speaker with Alexa. Guests can Alexa ask for music, news, information, and more. Trifecta can also drop in onto the speaker to relay important and urgent messages (only if the guest is refusing to answer their phone calls, texts, and messages). The device is inside the rental. *KEYLESS ENTRY: Unlock the door using your unique entry guest code on the keypad. Your code will install at check-in and uninstall at check-out. A log of activity can be accessed online by Trifecta. Guest codes can also be removed from the lock remotely at a moment's notice. *AIR TAG*:Physical keys and parking permits are equipped with Apple AirTags for loss prevention and recovery only. AirTags are used to help locate vehicles if they are towed and to recover misplaced keys or parking permits, so guests are not charged for accidental loss. AirTags are not used to monitor guests, do not track activity inside the apartment, and are not used for surveillance. If we are alerted by a monitoring device about a rule being broken (noise, smoke, additional visitors), we will provide 1 warning to cease any rules being broken but will cancel the reservation if the house rule is broken for the 2nd time. Do not tamper with any of these devices which includes but is not limited to Nest security camera, Netatmo noise sensor, Fresh Air smoke sensor, NEST wifi router, Amazon Echo Dot, Nest Thermostat, Apple TV.
