ESSENTIALS PROVIDED (for the first night ONLY) • Bathroom Supplies: Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bar soap, , facial tissues, toilet paper,1 Towel per guest. • Kitchen: Paper towels, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee & condiments • Laundry: Laundry detergent (1 per bathroom, up to 1 per guest per stay) Note: Salt, pepper, and oil are not provided. Wash clothes: 2 per bathroom. Upon request can be provided up to 1 per guest/per stay For long stays of 28 days or more, a 2,000 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.
