Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We offer easy self-check-in and convenient garage parking across the street for $25/day. Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet. A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition. House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations. Bicycles: Welcome at no extra charge. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street.
