About the Home
Tucked between Old City’s cobblestones and Rittenhouse’s café buzz, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment gives you the best of Philly - walkable, lively, and just far enough from the chaos to actually sleep. Inside, it’s all about easy comfort and a touch of indulgence. The living room’s got space to spread out - movie night, wine night, or just scrolling TikTok pretending you’re researching dinner spots. The 60" HDTV is there if you need backup entertainment. The kitchen’s fully equipped for whatever your stay calls for: a lazy brunch, a home-cooked dinner, or heating up that cheesesteak you swore you wouldn’t finish. You’ll also find the StayRafa Starter Kit waiting for you - coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods, and a few other essentials so you can focus on relaxing instead of running to CVS. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, designed for real rest, not just photo ops. The two bathrooms are spotless, stocked, and one of them hides the real showstopper - a two-person Jacuzzi tub ready to turn any night into an event. Washer and dryer? Of course. Fast Wi-Fi? Naturally. Pets? Bring them (we’ll just ask for a small fee and maybe a photo). Step outside, and you’re surrounded by Philly’s greatest hits: fine dining, local dives, boutiques, museums, and the Convention Center - all within a few blocks. This is Center City living done right - stylish, practical, and just a little bit extra.
