Upon booking: ➞ Please note upon booking confirmation we require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account. You must sign our terms and conditions of the stay. ➞ To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a £59 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay. This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient. ➞ Strictly NO parties or social gatherings are allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. ➞ NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. ➞ No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. ➞ No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit.
