Upon booking: β Please note upon booking confirmation we require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. NO VAPING! Β£500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. β No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. β No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit.
