Parking is available on the backside of building. Free unlimited street parking at front entrance is available for guests.

There is a dumpster you may use located at the back of the building. Please do not block dumpster on Mondays for pickup (pickup day may vary depending on Monday holiday) This is an older building so if you adjust the radiator heat, please be patient for them to warm up or cool down. They may be very hot so it is best not to touch radiators when on. PET HOUSE RULES Review property details, photos, and ask questions prior to booking to assure the property is suitable for your pet. At time of booking, you must include the number of any pets on your reservation. If you bring a pet without including it on your reservation, violating our pet house rules, you will be required to pay a fee of $79. Failure to tell us that a pet will be staying constitutes a violation of the house rules. You should bring your own pet supplies. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up after your pet. All feces must be bagged and placed in the outside provided dumpster/garbage. You may not leave your pet unattended unless it is crated. You will be charged for any damage that is caused by your pet. Excessive messes by guest and guest pets will result in a charge in the minimum amount of $79 for violation of these pet house rules and house rules.
